Terms
The agreement between us
Using Airecreator means accepting these terms. We have kept them short and readable on purpose; a contract you cannot read protects nobody.
Your work stays yours
You keep every right in the manuscript you upload and in the recreation we produce from it. You may publish, sell, edit, or abandon the result as you wish. We claim no ownership and no share, and we will not use your work as an example without asking you first.
What you are responsible for
You confirm that you hold the rights to the manuscript you upload, or permission from whoever does. Do not upload work you have no right to recreate.
What we provide
We produce a recreation of your manuscript in the language you choose, and deliver it as a Word document and a PDF along with a report on the work. We take considerable care over quality, and we recommend a human read before publication — for a serious publication that final read is part of the craft, not an admission of failure.
When something goes wrong
If a recreation stops partway, it resumes from the last completed section; you do not lose finished work. If something fails in a way we cannot put right, write to support@airecreator.com and we will make it right or refund the work.
We cannot promise the service will never be interrupted, and our liability is limited to what you paid us for the affected work.
Acceptable use
Use Airecreator for literary and professional work. Do not use it to produce material that is unlawful, or to process manuscripts you have no right to.
Ending the arrangement
You can stop using Airecreator at any time and ask us to delete your projects. We may end an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why.
Changes
If these terms change materially we will say so on this page and date the change rather than revise it silently.
